Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had super clean and very spacious rooms, which I loved. However, the recent hot weather made it noisy with hairdryers and chatting guests. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, going as far as resetting our table for dinner. The location was nice, but could use more seating and lower music volume. The dining experience was not the best, especially for those with allergies. Overall, the facilities were good, with a lovely pool and spa area.
The hotel had some issues, such as separate changing rooms and disappointing food considering it was included in the package. The reception area for treatments was uncomfortably warm, and obtaining simple amenities like a fan was a hassle. Overall, not worth the high price paid, and seeking a refund may be necessary.
The deluxe room at the hotel left much to be desired. The bed felt like an old child's mattress, and the room was as hot as a furnace. Having to argue for a desk fan and wait hours for it wasn't the best experience. Additionally, the lack of a fridge in the room was inconvenient, forcing me to go out to keep drinks cold. The room did not justify the high price of 140 pounds per night. Despite this, the lunch was excellent and the views were pleasing.
I was delighted to find my room overlooking a waterfall, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel features cozy booths around tables, though a bit tricky to navigate. The main pool area is impressive, surrounded by comfy beds perfect for relaxation and people-watching.
The hotel provides rooms that are comfy and well-equipped, clean with nice views, similar to a Travelodge room. The staff offers friendly and professional service, although a minor hiccup was quickly resolved. The location is beautiful, but some cleanliness concerns were noted. The dining experience offered a buffet service with limited buffet area causing busyness.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is lovely with great amenities like a pool and jacuzzi, but the noise level from hairdryers and chatter in neighboring rooms can be disruptive. Check-out time at 11 am felt a bit early, and upgrading to a superior room didn't completely eliminate the noise issues.
